Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999aqq login credentials. You agree not to share your password with any third party, including family members. Your 999aqq account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership or balance to another party will result in account suspension.
All deposits to your 999aqq account must be made through the approved payment methods listed in the Cashier section of the platform. Approved methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Withdrawals require a fully verified account (KYC completed and approved). You may make limited withdrawals prior to KYC completion up to the basic unverified withdrawal limit. Full KYC verification removes withdrawal restrictions. 999aqq may request additional identity verification for any withdrawal request at its discretion, particularly for large or unusual requests.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 999aqq account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. If your GCash or bank account name does not match your 999aqq registered name, additional verification will be required before the withdrawal can be processed.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed at the time the bonus is offered and in your active bonus panel. Real-money funds deposited directly by the player and not subject to bonus wagering may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification requirements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through 999aqq's internal dispute resolution process. 999aqq reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the 999aqq platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
