999aqq is a Philippine-focused platform. Primary data processing occurs within the Philippines or in jurisdictions with equivalent data protection standards. Where data is transferred to service providers outside the Philippines (such as internationally hosted cloud infrastructure or game server providers), 999aqq ensures that appropriate contractual safeguards — including data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses — are in place to protect your data to a standard at least equivalent to that required under RA 10173. Such transfers are only made where necessary to provide the 999aqq service to you and are reported to the NPC where required.
999aqq may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or NPC guidance.
